Return & Exchange Policy
At WellCurved, we take pride in our products. Due to this nature all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are considered only if the item(s) meet the following conditions:
- Item is unworn and unwashed
- Request is made within 3 days of delivery
To request an exchange, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for the exchange, and picture proof of the item matching the reason for exchange.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
- WellCurved will cover shipping costs only in cases of damaged or defective products.
Order Cancellations
At WellCurved, we strive to process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not permitted.
