Processing Time:
- All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
- Custom or personalized items may take 3–5 business days to prepare.
Shipping Method & Timeframes:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
- International Shipping: (varies by destination)
Pickup Options:
- Wednesdays: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Fridays: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Use “Pickup Option” at checkout and we’ll have your order ready for you at the scheduled time you choose.
Tracking & Support:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
For pickup orders, we’ll send a notification when your order is ready via phone or email.
